Cancellation & Refund

MotorX provides premium services of Car Spa & Detailing. Our aim is to offer excellent services at an affordable rates with zero compromise on quality.

Customers can book their appointment for various car detailing services via our website. Customers have an option to pay in advance or pay at the time of getting the service at our studio.

Below given are our cancellation and refund terms with conditions.

1. If the client books, Car Wash, Car Spa and Car Detailing service, online and pays the amount online and subsequently cancels the order then we will give 100% refund (applicable to only Car Wash, Car Spa and Car Detailing services)

2. If client chooses Paint Protection Film - PPF coating service then customer will be required to pay 50% in advance towards the total bill. In case if customer cancels the order then we will deduct 5% amount from the total bill value and raise a refund to client.

3. Customers need to cancel their booked services before 24 hours from the date of actual service. 

​

4. All the refunds applicable for valid cancellations will be done in 2 business days.
